Raspberry Mojito:
1 Oz mint infused simple syrup*
6-12 mint leaves
4-6 raspberries
Muddle, then add crushed iced to fill
Add 1.5 Oz Spiced Rum
1/2 Oz lime juice, shake
splash of club soda, and stir
Serve with mint sprig garnish
*mint simplye syrup:
10-12 mint sprigs, with stems
1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
stir, bring to a boil, refrigerate until cool
